Business Connexion (BCX) financial director Vanessa Olver has been appointed to the new position of deputy CEO at the JSE-listed technology company, it said on Tuesday.
Olver will also become executive responsible for BCX’s services division. She will remain on the board of directors. Both appointments take effect on 1 September.
Meanwhile, Lawrence Weitzman will take over from Olver as financial director. Weitzman is a chartered accountant and has been with the company since 2005 as group financial manager.
