Jon Stewart fans rejoice! Comedy Central, which broadcasts the popular Daily Show, is coming to SA and other markets in sub-Saharan Africa. It will be available on MultiChoice’s DStv Premium platform from 6 December and is being provided by MTV Networks Africa.
The channel features The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, The Colbert Report and new episodes of South Park.
Comedy Central will be available DStv channel 122 in standard definition.
The channel will kick off next Tuesday evening at 7.30pm, commencing with a one-hour special from US stand-up comedian Jeff Dunham, followed by The Comedy Central Roast of Charlie Sheen and two new episodes of South Park. — Staff reporter, TechCentral
