Pinnacle TechScape 2026 has officially wrapped up, bringing to a close a few memorable days in Mauritius filled with technology, insight, conversation and connection.
Hosted at the InterContinental Mauritius Resort Balaclava Fort, this year’s TechScape brought Pinnacle’s reseller and vendor partners together under the theme Mission: AI Possible, creating an environment where business conversations could move beyond the everyday and focus on what comes next.
While technology was at the heart of the event, TechScape was ultimately about people.

Throughout the conference, attendees had the opportunity to hear from Pinnacle and its vendor partners, with discussions exploring the technologies, trends and opportunities shaping the industry. AI naturally formed an important part of the conversation, but the focus extended beyond the technology itself to what it means for businesses, partners and the way we work.
Just as important were the conversations that happened outside the formal sessions. TechScape created time for resellers, vendors and the Pinnacle team to connect directly, exchange ideas, discuss opportunities and strengthen relationships.
Beyond the conference room
Mauritius provided the perfect setting to balance business with shared experiences.
From networking and one-on-one meetings to padel, beach activities and a silent disco on The Island, the programme gave attendees plenty of opportunities to connect away from presentations and meeting rooms.
The silent disco proved to be one of the most memorable additions to the programme, with headphones, a DJ and some competitive dance moves adding a very different kind of networking to the afternoon.
The experience continued into the evening, with a beach party dinner on The Island bringing everyone together against the backdrop of Mauritius.
These moments were an important part of TechScape. They gave people the opportunity to get to know one another beyond job titles, e-mails and Teams meetings, strengthening the relationships that underpin successful partnerships.
