On TalkCentral this week, Ster-Kinekor’s old website allegedly leaked almost 7m users’ account details — we speak to the Durban-based software developer, Matt Cavanagh, who exposed a major security flaw in the company’s website. (Oh, and check out the game Cavanagh is building, Vicious Attack Llama Apocalypse.)

Also on the show this week, the ANC to mull ways of reducing MultiChoice’s dominance in pay television; Swatch to make its own smartwatch operating system; Cell C’s financial results; and the new MiTech Direct sound and technology superstore in Johannesburg (see photos from this week’s launch party below, along with a supplied video).

Duncan’s pick this week’s is Meteor for Android, while Regardt has chosen Litchi. Listen to the podcast to find out who Duncan and Regardt have picked as winner and loser of the week.
