    Introducing the TechCentral Pub Quiz

If you’re a regular listener to the TalkCentral podcast, you’ll know by now that TechCentral is launching a pub quiz next month, with lots of great prizes to give away.

We’re finally ready to share all the details of the evening, which promises to be great fun.

The quiz, which will have a strong technology bias, will take place at The Baron on Main Road in Bryanston, north of Johannesburg, on Tuesday, 12 April, starting at 7pm.

Prizes include giveaways from Incredible Connection (fancy winning an Acer Aspire netbook?) and Vodacom, as well as plenty of other spot prizes — you’ll definitely want to be there.

All you need to do is visit our sign-up page in Google Docs (you’ll need a Google account) and add your team details.

Team sizes are strictly a minimum of two people and a maximum of four. Provide your team name, the company your team represents (if applicable) and the names of the people in your team.

Space is limited, so hurry. We can accept a maximum of 80 people. If you’re late to adding your name to the list, you can add your proposed team name at the end of the document.

The user-editable document relies on your honesty, so don’t edit other people’s team entries, or move yours up the list. If you’re the first to add your team name to the list, please delete the example fields provided.

We look forward to seeing you there.  — Staff reporter, TechCentral
