After a month’s break due to hectic travel and other schedules, TechCentral’s editor, Duncan McLeod, and deputy editor, Craig Wilson, are back for another episode of the TalkCentral podcast, brought to you by TechCentral, the home of South Africa’s best technology journalism.

In the podcast this week, we consider the latest developments at Telkom and the ongoing saga involving iBurst parent Wireless Business Solutions and its regulator, the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa. We also take a look at the mountain of evidence that parliament’s joint committee on ethics and members’ interests is going to have to consider as it begins its investigations into communications minister Dina Pule.

Tune in, too, to hear who makes the grade as winner of the week, or who doesn’t as we pick our loser. As always, listen out for Duncan’s and Craig’s app pick of the week.
