TechCentral held its first pub quiz on Tuesday evening. The event, with Talk Radio 702’s Aki Anastasiou acting as quiz master for the evening, was a huge success. More than 80 geeks — and a few non-geeks, who appeared perplexed by more than a few of the questions — battled it out to win prizes sponsored by Vodacom and Incredible Connection.
Jason van Niekerk of The Vulcans team won a brand-new iPad 2, courtesy of Vodacom, with The Vulcans also walking away with an Acer Aspire netbook compliments of Incredible Connection.
