Three years after its launch, the UK content-focused BritBox is shutting down in South Africa.

MultiChoice Group has added BritBox to the bouquets of content available on its DStv Explora Ultra.

BritBox, the British streaming joint venture launched by ITV and the BBC Studios, will be available in South Africa some time in the second half of 2021, the companies said on Tuesday.
