As Pinnacle welcomes 130 of its top customers to Mauritius for its Techscape “The 20/20 Vision” exhibition this week, the company also celebrates a very important milestone — 25 years in the ICT industry.
Being a proudly South African company, it is not surprising that the initial idea of Pinnacle was hatched around a braai in 1993. Initially run by three brothers, Pinnacle started out as a small family business with great customer service being a key factor in its corporate identity.
Even though the company has grown significantly since then, it has never lost sight of how important its customers are to its business.
