The Competition Commission has approved JSE-listed technology group Altron’s acquisition of identity management security specialist Ubusha Technologies.

JSE-listed technology group Altron said on Monday that it had acquired Ubusha Technologies, an identity management security company, for R360-million.
Altron lifted headline earnings per share by 4% in the six months to 31 August 2019 on the back of an 8% increase in revenue from continuing operations to R8.5-billion.
