Vox Telecom has acquired Two IT and Computer Initiative (CI), two companies that provide specialist consulting and solutions in Microsoft Dynamics and other business applications.
These businesses also have an established regional presence in the Western Cape and Gauteng respectively.
“The acquisition of both Two IT and CI allows us to add a layer of consulting services and business applications, particularly in the Microsoft environment, to our current stack for medium and enterprise-sized customers,” says Vox Telecom CEO Jacques du Toit.
“Combined with Vox Cloud, we are now able to offer affordable enterprise resource planning and customer relationship management solutions to businesses that have traditionally not been able to afford investment in these systems. This is something we have been looking to do for a while now.”
Vox will bring the the existing management teams of both organisations across. The new division will be headed up by Two IT founder Heath Huxtable, while CI MD Ronald Laxton will be responsible for leading the business development team.
“The decision to partner with Vox Telecom was borne out of the very positive working relationship we already have, and the potential for both parties to expand their services offerings to a bigger market,” says Huxtable. — © 2014 NewsCentral Media
