BriteGaze, the artificial intelligence venture launched by former Liquid Telecom South Africa CEO Reshaad Sha, said on Monday that it has completed a feasibility study for the launch of BriteGaze Fund One.

Liquid Telecom South Africa chief operating officer Craig van Rooyen will serve as interim CEO of the company until a replacement for Reshaad Sha has been appointed, the company said on Friday.
Reshaad Sha is leaving Liquid Telecom Group, where he has served as CEO of the South African subsidiary since 2018, to start his own venture in the field of artificial intelligence.
