Cell C CEO Alan Knott-Craig is set to make a full recovery and is “progressing well” after suffering a stroke in mid-November.
That’s according to the mobile operator’s acting CEO, Jose Dos Santos, who says Knott-Craig is walking again after the health scare, which Cell C described at the time as a “minor stroke”.
However, Dos Santos says he is unable to say yet when Knott-Craig will return to work.
Knott-Craig has suffered a number of health problems over the years, including having two heart attacks while head of Vodacom, where he was founding CEO. — (c) 2014 NewsCentral Media
